Mark is a Dutch Designer with a typical dutch approach. Less is more. Colour says more than words, simple shapes are embedded in everyones minds. The combination of these design-elements added with ambition leads towards designing iconic brands. Graduated as a visual designer in 1994, worked his way from advertising via strategic design (total identity) to an allround senior designer. His work categorizes in several fields. Mainly strategic brand-design of commercial (retail) brands. Independent since 2007, works both for (design) agencies and personal clients. A familyman: married a still-life photographer, together they raise 3 children.
